Caroline Jackson MBACP

Couples Counselling, Self-Esteem, Self Worth, Anxiety, Addiction, Relationship Issues, Trauma within a Medical Environment. 

After receiving my degree in Sports Science, I worked in the world of advertising.  After many years I decided on a career change.  Having benefitted from the powerful support of therapy myself, it sparked an interest in me and I knew that this was the career path I saw for myself. 

 

I believe it's a sign of strength to ask for help.  Through a gentle yet firm approach, I can help to unpack your story and make connections to repeating patterns of behaviour.  History repeats itself unless it is understood, so I look at how positive and negative factors from the past shape your present, so you can keep what works and change what doesn't. 

With couples counselling, not every relationship is like those portrayed in the movies.  Most will have their rough patches from time to time.  I help to assist couples in understanding how their complex relationship works.  We focus on what needs to be done to repair the relationship, or in some cases, move on from the relationship.

Lisa Bonney MBACP

I have worked in advertising and marketing for 30 years and have a deep understanding of the pressures that modern day life and society place on us.  My philosophy is, with the right support we can all be the best versions of ourselves and sometimes it just needs a little courage to take that first step. With honesty, empathy and structure I can support your journey.

 

I am a trained CBT therapist and fully qualified integrative counsellor as well as practiced in NLP and high performance culture.  

 

CBT is a collaborative therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It is most commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, eating disorders and other common mental health problems that are part of the day to day vernacular of life.  If you are trapped in a negative cycle and feel overwhelmed I can support you  to find a way out and live a positive life that is filled with possibility.
