Reaching out for help takes so much guts. We offer a safe space for you to say how things REALLY are, as well as looking at how you would like them to be. Being able to share what is going on with someone who knows how to respond can be such a relief. It's important to find a counsellor in whom you can trust and who will understand you. We are  fully qualified BACP registered integrative counsellors. This means we draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on our client's needs. We offer a safe and confidential space which is private and discreet, just outside Bromley, in KESTON VILLAGE. 

We have worked online and face to face, with couples, families, adults and teens, all looking for guidance and support in their own individual way. We work together to overcome difficulties, leading to better understanding and better outcomes. We also have an extensive background of working with addiction.
